My recent stay at Regal Inn Umhlanga Gateway was a mixed experience. the location, in the heart of the vibrant Umhlanga area, was fantastic for exploring the town and its natural beauty. However, the housekeeping left something to be desired, and the cleanliness of the bedding was subpar. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's proximity to the Gateway Theatre of Shopping and Umhlanga Lagoon Nature Reserve made it convenient for us to enjoy the local attractions. the free WiFi and parking were also appreciated perks. In conclusion, while Regal Inn Umhlanga Gateway has its advantages, improvements in housekeeping and maintenance are essential to enhance the overall guest experience.
